About the Beer: Dry hopped with Azacca for an aromatic rush, this classic Farmhouse style ale as lodes of wheat and spelt for a soft biscuity malt profile. Look for a slightly tart and spicy finish from the lactic fermentation and traditional Saison yeast. Every silver lining has a touch of Grisette.

Pair with: Havarti & Triple Cream Le Riopelle, or a French classic roasted chicken with garlic and herbs.
