About the Beer: So Fresh & So Green, Green is our yearly experiment in the use of “wet hops”. These freshly picked buds were overnighted from the Yakima Valley and added to the brew the very same day they arrive. The resulting beer is hop forward in the spicy aroma and flavor with an earthy malt backbone.
