The Brewery Engineer is a regular full-time, salaried position responsible for planning, managing, communication of and execution of brewery operations projects in both a timely & cost effective process. The Quality Assurance (QA) Technician is a regular, full-time hourly position responsible for daily lab duties required to ensure the highest quality product possible. This includes, but is not limited to, aseptic sampling, monitoring and documenting the microbiological and chemical analysis of all things related to the brewing, fermentation, and packaging processes, and assisting the QA team in sensory panel analysis.
