Quality Assurance & Sensory Analyst (Athens, GA)
We’re not joking when we say that brewing great craft beer is both an art and a science. It’s just that some of us here focus on the ‘art’ part and leave the science to the pros. We’re looking for one such pro to join our Quality Assurance team. The QA & Sensory Analyst is responsible for ensuring the highest possible quality at every stage of production, from brewery raw material to finished product, through the use of analytical chemistry and statistical analyses. The incumbent will report directly to the Quality Assurance Manager. This position requires a 4-year degree in a science-intensive discipline. The candidate should possess a strong understanding of all areas of quality assurance and standardized laboratory testing and have a very strong statistical/data analysis background as it relates to quality assurance. Previous experience in the QA department of a similar-sized or larger brewery preferred, but not required. See link below for full job description. Accepting applications until 11/24.
