Volume 19- Mosaic

If variety is the spice of life then hops are the life of beer!” -Spike

Mosaic-Square-Web

Side Project 19 is an homage to Mosaic™, the newest hops to come out of the Hop Breeding Compnay LLC in Yakima valley. Prized for its complexity  look for this beer to have a wide range of flavor componants. Like the label… this should be a three dimensional tasting experience!
