Fans of Terrapin are always calling, emailing, or stopping by the brewery to ask how they can help Spike and John in their mission of changing the way people think about beer. Aside from volunteering at the brewery, the biggest thing you can do is to always talk up Terrapin beers when you are out in public or with your friends.
If you are at a party and see others drinking mass produced, less flavorful beers, talk to them about the pleasures of craft beer. Give them a sample of Terrapin and explain the myriad flavors and styles that are being produced by the more than 1,400 microbreweries operating today. When dining out at your favorite restaurant, ask for Terrapin by name. If they don’t have Terrapin products, request them. And be sure to talk with the manager. The manager’s job is to make customers happy and they will spare no expense trying to help you.
When visiting grocery or package stores be sure to not only talk to the manager but also take the time to fill out the comment cards at the customer service desk. The store managers do actually read the comments.
And most of all talk up the brewery itself. If you have not been to a tour, please make the effort to come out and say hello to Spike, John and the rest of the crew. If you have been out, be sure to tell everyone what a great time you had and how cool the Terrapin brewery really is!
