Russel Stalvey, Terrapin Beer Co.'s Director of Community Partnerships and Impact, was recently featured by Molson Coors for a Pride Month employee spotlight where he shared his experience celebrating his identity at Terrapin, which has included starting a Lesbian and Gay Employee Resource group (LAGER), partnering with equality programs to give back to the LGBTQ+ community through the release of Love is Love, and continuing to grow philanthropic efforts in cities throughout Terrapin's distribution footprint.
